What this platform is
POTOPOD Concession Administration is a managed service operated by RDL Eagle Trade. It records the operational evidence behind a duty-free concession so the responsible parties can account for what entered under the concession, where it went and what happened to it.
Information handled
Access is restricted to authorised project participants. The platform holds the account details of those participants and the operational records they create. The precise categories of personal data, the lawful basis for processing, retention periods and the rights available to data subjects will be set out in the approved notice.
