Authorised use
The platform is for authorised project participants acting in their assigned role. What a participant may see and do is governed per organisation and project and is enforced by the platform; access does not imply any authority beyond that assignment.
The record
POTOPOD maintains an operational record for compliance purposes. Governed entries are append-only: corrections are made as new entries beside the original, which is never edited or deleted. The platform validates, links and reconciles; accountable people make the concession and compliance determinations.
Service and liability
The service levels, acceptable-use conditions, intellectual-property terms and the limitations of liability that apply between RDL Eagle Trade and the client will be set out in the approved terms.
